Seating arrangements

Below is the name list of the graduates together with your seating number.
Please take note and remember it.During the day, all graduates are required to be in the hall earlier (be there by 8.30 a.m) to help set up the hall and do a rehearsal.
For students staying in the hostel, a bus will be provided for you. Your parents will take the bus to the hall later and will be handled by a student-in-charge.
To those staying in apartment/hotel, please arrange transportation for your parents as you too are required to be in the hall early.
For the Graduation Luncheon (after the Grad Ceremony), buses to the Malaysian Embassy will be provided for all invited guests.

in view of the progress made from the time this organisational initiative started, kudos to the grad committee for successfully covering all areas not only pertaining to the grad ceremony but also pertaining to our welfare.
tt said, wile u mite hv edi considered this, id just like to request u inform us by when to wait at the hostel veranda to board the bus to leave for the rehearsal taking into account the time it needs to get to the hall from the hostel and the timing of getting everyone together into the bus and leaving right up to properly assembling in the hall so tt the rehearsal can start promptly at 8.30 or prolly earlier.
given u guys have put so much into it, it wud oni be right to get everyone to oblige and be downstairs waiting by 7am so that we can reach thr and even start rehearsal by 8 am.
tho it cud be u guys cud oni schedule the rehearsal at 8.30 due to the hall oni opening at tt time, i dunno ...
this is just a suggestion. i dun have all the factors that u guys mite be up against wile i was formulating this idea. but it's just my few cents. i wun be surprised if u guys edi have a btr solution to this logistics issue.

The hall opens at 8.30 a.m., thus and so the rehearsal time.
We tried asking whether we can set up the hall the night before but everyday there is an event going on.
anyhow, we hope that everything will go on as planned.
