1) Price:

390 per person, to be paid to Syakirin (buddy_sya) room 8-05 by Sunday 20 JUNE 2010

2) Time & place:

the bus will depart from our hostel around 4.30AM, 28 JUNE 2010 (MONDAY)

**for those of you who are staying outside the hostel (mainly the Arbat area), we will discuss with the bus driver to pick you and your guests up in your hotel/apartment area, possibly near the Arbat metro station. (**to be confirmed later)

we'll be going to 2 places: the Crystal Market (open air), and another Crystal Shop (well....a shop).

the journey takes roughly 5-6 hours and the market closes at noon. that's why we have to depart early in the morning.

we will head back from Vladimir as soon as the shop closes at 4PM. estimated time of arrival in Moscow is 9PM.

3) food & drinks are not provided. please bring your own food supplies for the whole journey. we won't be stopping at any proper eating place.

4) cancellation policy:

if any of those in the list cancels their participation, the others will have to pay more. so, we really hope that you won't cancel. just in case you have to (please don't), please try and find a replacement.

DOM 41 GUESTROOMS

we have spoken with the dean today regarding the guest rooms. Mr Bespaliuk said that there are places enough for 50 guests, but the rooms vary. some rooms are for 2 persons, some are for more. however, he highly recommends the rooms as it was just recently renovated.

here's what you have to do:

1. make a copy of this Заявление and list. you can get the soft copy files or xerox a hard copy from our reps. [contact Faiz Uncle (faiz_ru) or Hanan (esc_route)]:

2. Underline/highlight your name and your guests names in the list

3. Bring the list to Nina Fyodorovna, Commandant of Dom 41 (Нина Федоровна, Коммендант д. 41)

4. you will discuss about the rooms with Miss Nina Fyodorovna. she will also give you the kvitansiya.

5. the price is 600rubs per person per night.
