1. if the invitation is from the university, your guests are to register at the university (room 9) - the procedure is the same as our usual registration.

2. if the invitation is done by an agent in Malaysia, i suggest that you contact the agent and confirm the place of registration with them. usually the agents in Malaysia will have partners based in Moscow, where you can do the registration.
