0830 - Arrival of the graduates.

0930 - Arrival of Parents and guests (including students of RSMU).

1015 - Grand Entrance of the Graduates.

1030 - Arrivals of the VIPs.

1045 - Singing of RSMU song.

1100 - Speeches by the VIPs.

- Rector of RSMU

- Ambassadors

- Doctor Saman of Mos Lanka

1115 - Speeches by the Gold Award students.

1130 - Video Show and Performances

1145 - Scroll giving ceremony

1230 - Souvenirs for the VIPs

1235 - Hippocratic Oath recitation.

1240 - Photo session with the VIPs

1300 - Session End.

1305 - VIPs leaving the hall.

1310 - Refreshments/ Light snacks for the VIPs.

1315 - Graduates and Parents leaving the hall.

1400 - Leaving to embassy for lunch for the guests (Malaysians Only)

Students from the hostel are required to gather outside the hostel by 7.00 a.m..

The buses will bring you straight to the hall.

Don't worry about your parents/guests staying in the hostel. Please ask them to wait outside the hostel at 8.00a.m.. There will be a student-in-charge taking care of them and bring them to the buses.

We will check their names to make sure that they are not left behind.

For students staying in hotel/apartment, please be at the hall by 8.30 a.m..

Please arrange transport for your parents to the hall.

Firstly, we will help to set up the hall (i.e., tables, flower arrangements).

The rehearsal

All graduates take their seats. (Refer here)

There will be a demonstration of how to walk up the stage, take the diplom, and walk down back to your seat)

We will also rehearse our grand entrance into the hall.

Please be there on time. We do not want any delay as the time that we have is limited.

After the rehearsal, you can go to the changing room behind the stage, straighten yourself up and get ready to graduate….
